DCC is registered with the Council for Debt Collectors under Registration No. 0057275/12 and is fortunate to have the majority of South Africa’s major credit providers in the banking and retail sectors as clients. The business operates nationally and is able to offer its clients with end to end debt collection and debt recovery services ranging from pre-legal or soft collections to legal action based collections in respect of those consumers who refuse to co-operate. The company operates from two separate but connected business premises in Mount Edgecombe and has a 500 seat call centre.
