- All debits against you will be for the amount as agreed on.
- If the payment day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, the payment day will automatically be adjusted to the preceding or very next ordinary business day.
- If there are insufficient funds in your account to meet the agreed payment amount, you give us permission to track your account and re-submit the instruction for payment as soon as sufficient funds are available.
- You understand that you will not be entitled to any refund of amounts withdrawn, while this authority is in force and whilst the amounts are legally owed by you.
- This agreement will continue until you stop the instruction, in writing, with no less than 20 working days notice to us. If you cancel this debit authorization, it does not cancel the Main Agreement nor does it cancel your fixed arrangement and liability to repay your outstanding debt.
- You acknowledge that this authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party.
- You have acknowledged that all payment instructions issued by our offices shall be treated by your abovementioned bank as if the instructions have been issued by yourself personally.
- You have acknowledged that the withdrawals hereby authorised will be processed through a computerised system provided by the South African banks.
- You have authorised Daly Credit Corporation to issue and deliver payment instructions to your Bank for collection against your stipulated account on condition that the sum of such payment instruction will never exceed your obligations as agreed in your contract with your credit provider.
- Please take note that should you terminate the proposed debit authorisation in future, you will remain liable under the main agreement with your credit provider nor does such termination have the effect of terminating such agreement.
